One link, two phones. The DJ and the VJ each own half the screen: red until you're ready, green when you are. Cues, a synced countdown and a set clock ride along.

1. Open a room on one phone.
2. Scan its QR code with the other phone.
3. Pick DJ or VJ. Hold your half of the screen to go green.

No login. Anyone with the link can join the room, so share it only with each other. Rooms close after 2 hours with nobody in them.
